Victor Balta is an Associate Attorney at Erskine Law, focusing his practice on insurance defense work.

Victor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University in 2009, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2013, also graduating summa cum laude.

Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2013, Victor is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In addition to English, he is fluent in Romanian and Spanish.
