Jonathan VanGemert is an Associate Attorney at Erskine Law, focusing his practice on insurance defense and contract law.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Albion College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2007 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

In addition to his legal practice, Jonathan served as a Trustee and later President of the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board of Education from 2021 to 2024, demonstrating his dedication to leadership and community service.
