Prior to joining Erskine Law in 2016, Gabriela worked as an attorney in the personal injury, family law, criminal law and business immigration fields. In 2010, Gabriela received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2013, where she was designated a Dean’s Scholar and received the Honorable Tom Bradley Scholarship. During her time at Southwestern, Gabriela spent a summer interning with the Honorable Judge Borenstein and Honorable Judge Iwasaki in the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles Superior Court. She also participated in the Children’s Rights Clinic and Immigration Law Clinic.
