David’s practice has been exclusively dedicated to the defense of consumer automotive warranty litigation since 2001. He began his warranty defense career at Baker Hostetler LLP, where he defended lemon law, warranty and consumer fraud lawsuits for multiple manufacturers, including Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Land Rover, McLaren, and Aston Martin. During his 16 years at Baker Hostetler, David worked in the Columbus, OH office and managed litigation in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Baker Hostetler, David was an associate attorney at Brunner & Brunner from 1998-2001.

In December 2017, David joined Erskine Law, where his practice remains dedicated to warranty defense litigation. David manages litigation in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States, including Pennsylvania, where he is licensed. David is licensed to practice in Ohio as well. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Otterbein University, and a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude.
