Kyle Roybal joined Erskine Law in 2019 as an experienced litigator with a background in the areas of civil litigation, motion practice, probate and trust litigation, collections, and as former general counsel to several homeowners associations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys playing tennis, golfing, going to the beach, and spending time with his wife and son.
