Kimberly Sawyers, Attorney

Kimberly Sawyers is an attorney specializing in warranty litigation. Prior to joining Erskine Law, she represented No-Fault insurers in fraud claims and attained dismissals and favorable settlement results for her clients. Kimberly also defended commercial premises liability cases throughout the State of Michigan. Before obtaining her license to practice law, she interned in the contracts administration department of a Fortune 500 company, where she reviewed and revised commercial contracts and assisted with the development of company projects. In addition to defending warranty claims, Kimberly serves indigent clients through Christian Legal Aid of Southeast Michigan and volunteers for Night to Shine, an event for special needs adults through the Tim Tebow Foundation. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Her interests include traveling, music, history, and spending time with her family and loved ones.
