Dustin is a paralegal based in Erskine Law’s Michigan office in the Warranty and Commercial Litigation Group.  Dustin brings over two decades of experience as a litigation paralegal and electronic data discovery specialist in Michigan and Illinois. Dustin has worked closely with attorneys on hundreds of litigation and compliance matters on behalf of diverse clients ranging from individual litigants to Fortune 50 companies in the areas of warranty, product liability, commercial litigation, financial services, government compliance, real estate, and tort law. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Law from Western Michigan University and a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.  In addition to client work, Dustin helps support the firm’s information technology.
